The food and service were exceptional. Very spacious ship, never felt crowded. Entertainment was very good. We loved the terrace pool in the back of the ship on the Aloha Deck! Can't wait to start planning our next cruise!! |

Did a very good job of getting people on the ship and to their rooms. I liked having people at every turn to help out. Very organized emergency drill. Ship was very clean, food and plentiful, pleasing to the eye and of good quality. Good entertainment and good variety of entertainment. Friendly crew. Dance floors are far too small for the number of people on this ship. Generally, the common areas and events on the deck seemed very crowded. The gap in the middle of the queen bed was very uncomfortable. In addition to there being an opening, there was almost a ridge. This was our first experience with open dining. While all waiters tried very hard, having a new waiter every evening doesn't give them a chance to know your preferences. Some waiters didn't seem as experienced as others. I didn't like the fact that they charged for ice cream and that there was only free ice cream from 3:30 - 4:30 or at dinner. I can see selling premium ice cream on deck, as long as it is still offered free for those who aren't so picky. |
